Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By using Fitling, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Wellness disclaimer
Fitling provides nutrition tracking, estimates, planning, and informational wellness tools. Fitling is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and should not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making medical, diet, fasting, exercise, or weight-management decisions, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, under medical care, have a history of eating disorders, or have a health condition.
3. Nutrition estimates
Nutrition data, AI analysis, barcode results, food search results, forecasts, and progress summaries are estimates and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing entries before relying on them.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of unauthorized access.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use Fitling unlawfully, deceptively, or abusively.
- Do not harass, threaten, exploit, or impersonate others in buddy, club, or chat features.
- Do not upload content that infringes rights, contains illegal material, or violates another person's privacy.
- Do not reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or interfere with Fitling systems.
6. User content
You keep ownership of the content you provide. You grant Fitling a limited license to process that content to operate, improve, protect, and support the app and features you request.
7. Subscriptions and purchases
Paid features may be offered through Apple, Google, Stripe, RevenueCat, or other payment providers. Prices, trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the purchase flow and applicable store or payment provider rules. You can manage app-store subscriptions through your Apple ID or Google Play account.
8. Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, including AI, search, barcode, health sync, subscriptions, or social features. We work to keep Fitling reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
9. Termination
You may stop using Fitling or request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, or use the app in a harmful way.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Fitling is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions made based on app outputs.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
