Delete your Fitling account

This page is intended for App Store and Google Play account deletion disclosure requirements.

How to request deletion

Email support@fitling.app from the email address connected to your Fitling account with the subject "Fitling account deletion request". If you used Apple, Google, Facebook, or TikTok sign-in, include the email visible in the app profile settings.

What we delete

• Account profile and authentication records associated with your Fitling account.
• Food logs, saved meals, recipes, water logs, fasting logs, plans, AI settings, and app preferences.
• Body Mirror records, optional progress photos, and measurement history.
• Buddy and club data associated with your account, except content that must remain to preserve other users' conversation context where allowed by law.

What may be retained

We may retain limited information when required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, payment records, tax/accounting obligations, dispute resolution, backup integrity, or enforcement of Terms. Retained data is limited to the purpose that requires retention.

Timing

We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days after verifying account ownership, unless a shorter period is required by applicable law or additional time is legally permitted.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Fitling account does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed by Apple, Google, Stripe, or another payment provider. Cancel active subscriptions through the store or payment provider used for purchase.

Before launch checklist

Add an in-app deletion entry point if required by the target store policy, then link it to this disclosure and the backend deletion workflow.
